The independent Cricket Discipline Panel (CDP) has issued its sanction decision in relation to Lancashire County Cricket Club.
Lancashire were charged following a Cricket Regulator investigation into two breaches of the Competitive County Cricket Registration Regulations (‘CCCR Regulations’) having played two players in the Second XI Championship match between Lancashire and Essex County Cricket Club on 28th July 2025, without first having ensured they had completed their mandatory ECB education modules (namely the Anti-Corruption, Recreational Drugs/Anti-Doping and Player Behaviour modules).
Lancashire admitted the charges in relation to breaches of paragraph 5.1.1 of the CCCR Regulations. This was Lancashire's second breach of the CCCR Regulations this season, having previously been given a warning.
Garth Graham, acting as Sole Arbitrator for the Cricket Discipline Panel issued Lancashire with a £500 fine.
